OMG Chef Kia's canapés are to die for, the one with Brie cheese, beet purée and mushrooms on top… The other was goat cheese, scallion and cucumber, totally loved it! Had the pleasure of having the entree of Basque chicken, rice and sautée potato; excellent! Dessert was a Grand Marnier chocolate mousse; need i need to say more?
