Banquet-Style Service Where Plated Food is Brought Directly to the Table by Wait Staff.

Full Service Buffet:
A Buffet-Style Service, Staff Assist Serving Guests, & But the Tables of Dishes After Initial Serving is Completed.
- Starting at 3250·⁰⁰ for up to 50 guests, exact pricing may vary based on selected menu. - Select Up to 2 apps, 2 Entrees & a Dessert. - Additional diners starting at +1125·⁰⁰ per 25 additional guests after the initial 50. - Includes buffet-wares, buffet tables & buffet linens. - Includes basic dinnerwares (plates, cutlery & napkins). - Up to 5 hrs total duration included. We bring in buffetware and enough staff to cater to the number of dishes and guests as needed. Self Service Buffet:
The Bare-Bones No-Frills Option, We Bring the Food & Set up the Buffet, Guests Serve Themselves Entirely.
- Starting at 1950·⁰⁰ for up to 50 guests, exact pricing may vary based on selected menu. - Select Up to 2 apps, 2 Entrees & a Dessert. - Additional diners starting at +725·⁰⁰ per 25 additional guests after the initial 50. - Includes buffet-wares, buffet tables & buffet linens. - Plates, cutlery & other dinnerwares are NOT included. - Up to 5 hrs total duration included. We bring in buffetware, 2 staff and set up just the buffet, maintaining it for the duration of service. Guests must serve themselves, procurement, bussing of and cleaning of dishes are handled by the client. Either high quality, or budget disposable dinnerware may be added, prices subject to market rates. We are unfortunately unable to provide non-disposable dinnerwares as an 'add on.' - Delivery fee starting at: 125·²⁵ within Sudbury.

Cocktail Package:
Our signature 'Light Function' service, where light fare is circulated on platters by servers in tandem with a bar.
Due to the highly variable nature of this option, we cannot provide fixed pricing. - Please Reach Out For Specific Pricing. - Cash Bar or Open Bar option. - Our Basic service is 1225·²⁵ before alcohol & food. Our Starting point includes: - Two signature cocktails for the evening. - The non-alcohol foundations for common mixed drinks & cocktails. - Two servers - One bartender - Basic drinks service (for ~40) - Glasswares - The physical bar set-up - Cocktail plates - Up to 4 hours duration. - Event liability policy including alcohol. We require at least 80 days notice if this is to be held outside of a private residence to secure an SOP to serve alcohol, SOP fees may apply.
Great for lighter events, with a great value of a built-in bar for events where you would like liquor served.

Drop Off Only:
We drop off food hot in disposable liners for chafing pans and other containers as needed, nothing extra.
- Starting at 675·⁰⁰ before delivery fees, exact pricing may vary based on selected menu & quantity ordered. - Minimum quantities of each menu item in your order apply. - Disposable dinnerwares can be added. - Option for disposable chafing-ware & setup. Disposables are billed at current market rates, setup is billed at 25·⁰⁰/hr Excessive varieties of different menu items may incur an additional surcharge to cover complexity, as we scratch-make all orders. - Delivery fee starting at: 56·⁶⁵ within Sudbury.

For corporate clients, we offer a Partner Program with exclusive package menus & deals outside our normal pricing structure.
These are member-only options available to registered local business partners for weekday service.
With our summer BBQ packages, you get a staff and BBQ equipment sized to your guest count, paired with a modular mix & match menu.
Our staff sets up a BBQ station and a short buffet-line for your guests to take from that includes condiments, toppings and a salad.

With our Pasta Bar packages, you get a staff, food & equipment sized to your guest count, paired with a modular mix & match menu.
With either the self-service or the live-cook full service model, we can accommodate a wide variety of party sizes.

Slider Bar Package:
A flat-steel grill & staff to whip up fresh sliders smashburger style; adding a fresh touch to your cocktail or snack, or for lighter functions.
Sliders are fully assembled and dressed for quick service to your guests and served up fresh from the grill & maintained under infrared.
One style of classic or divergent style sliders is included with the base package, signature styles & multiple options available for a nominal fee.

Poutine Bar Package:
Hot, fresh-cut fries made in a real deep fryer, real cheese curds & gravy; adding a classic Canadian touch to your cocktail or light function.
Gravy is kept with a warmer on-site, and fries are pumped out fresh for the duration and maintained under infrared. - Guests self serve.

All Service Packages account for 3 courses over up to 5 hrs (unless otherwise noted); consisting of up to two (2) entree options; two (2) starters; four (4) sides; and one (1) dessert. Prices for additional courses/starters may vary with total guest count.

Minimum order amounts are applied before taxes, delivery fees, and gratuities.

Any coupons, vouchers, deals or other discounts may only total up to 10% of your total order; otherwise we will have to round them down to the maximum amount allowable via our terms. This also applies to any 'gift certificate' or voucher with an expiration date printed upon it.

Services involving liquor held outside a private residence must have at least 80 days notice to acquire an SOP for the distribution of alcohol and are subject to a $150.00 permit fee. Adding liquor to a service subject to a surcharge.

We require at least four weeks notice for any complex service, and two weeks for a basic service or else we cannot guarantee our ability to take your booking.

Bookings are not finalized until a minimum deposit is placed. Once a deposit is placed, your booking is guaranteed per the terms contained within the booking agreement.

Liability requirements vary by venue and event type. Any additional insurance coverage or specific site-permitting required for the client's chosen location is the financial responsibility of the client. To ensure comprehensive coverage and preferred rates, these will be facilitated by KiaSal and provided at market rates on the final estimate.
