At KiaSal we go above and beyond standard off-site catering, offering on-site cooked options ranging from use of hall kitchens to packaged pre-designed catering options and custom on-site solutions ranging from our ZEV food truck to larger BBQ tents and temporary food pavilions for events, live-cook pasta, slider, poutine and fry bars and more.

Summer BBQ Packages:
SummerBBQ

With our summer BBQ packages, you get a staff and BBQ equipment sized to your guest count, paired with a modular mix & match menu.

Our staff sets up a BBQ station and a short buffet-line for your guests to take from that includes condiments, toppings and a salad.

First, we start with the setup size from the list below:

- The X-L:  Includes 2 cooks & 3 serving staff with a massive twin 6' BBQ, suitable for 125-200 guests (depending on your menu). - 1765·⁶⁵ - The Lg: Includes 1 cook & 2 serving staff with a 5' BBQ, suitable for 80-125 guests (depending on your menu). - 1565·⁶⁵ - The Reg: Includes 1 cook & 1 serving staff with a 4' BBQ, suitable for 50-80 guests (depending on your menu). - 1365·⁶⁵ - The Mini: Includes 1 cook & 1 serving staff with a 3' BBQ, suitable for 50 or fewer guests (depending on your menu). - 1165·⁶⁵ Depending on the variety of grill items, the more options there are will affect the required grill size to accommodate smooth service, as well as the total guest count.

Service includes a commercial-grade BBQ, fuel, trained cooks, servers, pup-tent and buffet equipment, with a complimentary green salad.

Pasta Bar Packages:

With our Pasta Bar packages, you get a staff, food & equipment sized to your guest count, paired with a modular mix & match menu.

With either the self-service or the live-cook full service model, we can accommodate a wide variety of party sizes.

- Full Service:  Including food for ~50 and the setup for a one live-cook bar station. +225·²⁵
- Self Service:  Including food for ~50 and the setup for a self service buffet.

- Food for 25 Additional Guests +456·⁶⁵ per Batch. (Includes additional noodles, sauces, protein choice, and toppings for 25 people.) - Additional Cook Station +395·⁹⁵ Each. (1 cook station per 25 guests is recommended if this is the only entree.) - Shrimp +145·⁴⁵ per Batch. Slider Bar Package:
Sliderbar

A flat-steel grill & staff to whip up fresh sliders smashburger style; adding a fresh touch to your cocktail or snack, or for lighter functions.
Sliders are fully assembled and dressed for quick service to your guests and served up fresh from the grill & maintained under infrared.
One style of classic or divergent style sliders is included with the base package, signature styles & multiple options available for a nominal fee.

Poutine Bar Package:

Hot, fresh-cut fries made in a real deep fryer, real cheese curds & gravy; adding a classic Canadian touch to your cocktail or light function.
Gravy is kept with a warmer on-site, and fries are pumped out fresh for the duration and maintained under infrared. - Guests self serve.

Access to these curated menus is reserved for established corporate accounts and is not available otherwise.

  • Exclusive menus and prices only available for registered members of our preferred partner program.

  • A fixed menu set with locked-in pricing updated and delivered quarterly to participating members.

  • Priority weekday bookings & special incentives for repeat customers & regular bookings.

  • Service is available for weekday delivery only (Monday through Friday) as a drop-off-only service.

  • Menus are fixed option only as part of the fixed pricing and priority booking service.

  • Menus are updated to stay fresh and align with seasonality quarterly.
